State and local mandated emissions testing meets the EPA Tier 2 standard, while smog testing meets California's higher standard for EPA Tier 3.

Adrianna Jackson, 05/01/2024I’ve had five mechanics look at my Subaru trying to figure out why my lights were on the dash! I have fixed my gaskets. I have fixed my gas cap. I have fixed my doors. I’ve put in new fuses. Final I brought my Subaru to Vinny and he fixed it in an hour, Vinny is the best Subaru mechanic I have ever met so if you have an outback, I highly recommend Vinny Automotive,
